Setting up notifications

Workstream allows you to receive notifications as well as the applicant's profile in PDF directly via email.

Email notification settings allow you to pick how often you hear about what's happening in your Workstream account. 

Here is what you need to do:

STEP 1: Select the gear icon from your Workstream dashboard.

STEP 2: Select Account.

STEP 3: Select Notification settings.

STEP 4: Review the details under the Notifications set-up. If you need the phone number changed or deleted, simply choose Edit Profile.

STEP 5: Go to Hiring tab. All Positions are selected by default. Choose Edit positions to select only the specific positions you wish to be notified.

Note: Only users with the Customize notifications permission will be able to do this. To enable this permission, click here.

STEP 6: Toggle all the checkbox(es) to enable the notifications you only want to receive in your email or SMS.

STEP 7: If you want to receive the applicant's profile in PDF form directly in the email notifications, go to the Include applicant PDF column and mark the corresponding checkbox.

STEP 8: Go to Onboarding tab to select the events you wish to be notified via email or SMS for your onboarding process.

On the Onboarding setup, Workstream automatically inform employers via email and SMS when new hires complete their onboarding processes.

NOTE: The option to select the positions you wish to be notified with is only applicable to Hiring process for now.
