Communication with your applicants it's crucial, and the quality of the conversation will help you to decide whether the applicant is a good fit for your role or not.
To send a direct message, here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard go to Applicants tab and type the name of the applicant in the search box.
STEP 2: Check the box found beside the applicants’ name and click on the corresponding Action button located on the right side of your screen and choose whether you want to send an email or sms.
STEP 3: Type your message in the pop-up box shown on your screen, and when you are done click Send.
