Choose your available date and time to conduct interviews, trainings or any appointments that you may wish to set with your applicants.
Here is what you need to do to set up your availability in Workstream calendar:
STEP 1: Go to Scheduling tab located at the upper left part of your Workstream dashboard.
STEP 2: Above the calendar, on the left side you will see Meeting length. You can set the meeting duration to last 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour by clicking on the time. If you hover your mouse on the '•••' icon, you will get more options that goes up to as long as 12 hours.
STEP 3: The time slots available per hour will adjust based on the meeting length you choose.
You can either click on the time you wish to be available; or in the event that you need to choose more than one time click and hold on a starting time slot, then drag down to until what time you wish to be available for interviewing.
STEP 4: On the right side, the settings for your selected time slot/s will show up, here you can set who will lead the interview, choose the frequency.
Also, under the meeting types to schedule, you need to select for which position(s) and as well for which stage the time slot will be assigned before saving.
After setting the last option, the Advanced settings will show up.
NOTE: Under Advanced settings, you have the following options:
Require explicit confirmation - if this is enabled, the meeting will show as Pending status after applicant selects a time slot. It will only be confirmed after you accept and finalize.
Max # applicants per time slot - here you can set multiple applicants to select the time slot. This is useful for group interviews.
Make time slot exclusive to one position - Select this option if you want to only interview for one position at a time.
STEP 5: Once satisfied with the settings, click on Save.
NOTE: Superadmins can assign an interview to another user however, only the assigned user can edit it. On the other other hand, all users can access and see the available time slots by selecting Team Calendars on the drop down.
