Publishing a Job Posting

Increase your applicants by publishing your job description through Workstream job boards.

The number of applicants depends on a Job Posting's exposure. Here you can control what Postings you wish to publicly advertise, keep as a draft, or send via link only.

To publish a job description, follow the steps below. To unpublish, click here.

STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account then go to Job Postings.

STEP 2: If you have multiple brands, select a specific brand name. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

STEP 3: For easier viewing, we recommend that you filter your Job Postings per location.

STEP 4: On the far right side, click on the current Status of the Job Posting to open the pop-up menu and select Published.

Note: Publishing a position on Job Boards can take up to 24 hours.

If you need to filter your positions. You can select the following filters below:


Unpublishing a Job Posting

To unpublish a Job Posting, follow steps 1 to 3. Then, select a position. On its far right side, click Published to open the pop-up menu. Select Unpublished.

Note: Unpublishing a position on Job Boards can take up to 24 hours.

You can also control multiple Job Postings with Bulk Actions.

STEP 1: Select multiple Job Postings via the Check Boxes on the Left side of the screen.

STEP 2: Select the 'Change Status' drop-down and select which Status you wish to use for the postings.

Step 3: To complete the change, click 'Publish to Job Boards'.
