Each stage of the recruitment process built in your Workstream account has a personalized automated messages.
To edit the Email and SMS login into your Workstream account and take the following steps:
STEP 1: From All Positions dashboard, select and open a position
STEP 2: Go to Settings.
STEP 3: Choose the stage for which you wish to update the invitation letters
STEP 4: Click on the Automated messages of the stage that you're working on.
STEP 5: To edit, simply click on the email or SMS templates that you wish to edit. Please note that each stage has different templates.
STEP 6: Once you're done, click Save.
NOTE: You can use merge fields in editing your templates. Take note that each merge field is unique per stage. Head over to this article for more information.
