Here's what you need to do whenever you want to move a single or multiple applicants.

A. How to move a single applicant?

STEP 1: Select the Applicants tab found at the upper side of the Workstream account.

STEP 2: Type in the Search Box the name/email or phone number of the applicant that you want to move.

STEP 3: Go on the right side of your Workstream account under the Actions column and select Move To - Move To Stage.

STEP 4: Select the Stage where you want to move the applicant to then click Move to proceed.

B. How to Move Applicants in Bulk?

STEP 1: Select the Position and Location on the left side of your account and go to the current stage where the applicants are located.

STEP 2: Tick the check box next to the names of the applicants you wish to move.

STEP 3: Click the Actions button located on the right side of the screen and select Move To - Move To Stage.

STEP 4: Select the new Stage then click Move.
