Sometimes applicants might commit errors when submitting their answers. If you need to make any changes to your applicants’ answers, take the following steps:

STEP 1: Go to the Applicants tab in the Workstream dashboard.

STEP 2: Choose the applicant's name.

STEP 3: Click the edit icon once the applicant profile opens.

STEP 4: Go to Additional Information.

STEP 5: Hover your mouse over the answer you wish to edit so the edit icon will appear.

STEP 6: Choose Save.
