Some cases, an applicant makes an error in typing either their name, e-mail address or phone number. To edit any of these information, you need to do the following steps:
STEP 1: Select the Applicants tab found at the upper left side of your Workstream dashboard.
STEP 2: An overview will show up on the right side of your screen. Click on the box-like icon beside the applicant's name to open the profile in a new tab.
STEP 3: The applicant's name, e-mail address, and phone number are grouped together in one section. If you hover your mouse over any of these three, a small box-like icon will appear beside each of them. Click on the icon.
STEP 4: A pop-up will appear where you can edit the information. Click Update once done.
