Here is what you need to do in order to export your applicants:

Exporting applicants by position

STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account then go to Positions.

STEP 2: Click the arrow down button next to the brand name to select a location.

STEP 3: Highlight or tick the position that you wish to export.

STEP 4: Click the three-dotted line located in the last column.

STEP 5: Select Export applicants.

STEP 6: Select the information that you wish to export. Select all applicants or filter the applicants by stage and the desired format (Excel, CSV or JSON). You may also include the offer letter, attachments and applicant profile as PDF.

TIP: It would be best to select Filter for applicants and enter a date range on the application date to have an exact validation point. This allows exporting to work faster.

STEP 7: Choose Export. The file will be sent to your registered email address.

Exporting or downloading the application details only for a specific applicant

STEP 1: Go to Applicants tab.

STEP 2: Select which tab the applicant is currently parked in.

STEP 3: Search and select the name of the applicant that you wish to print.

STEP 4: Click the three-dotted line located in the last column.

STEP 5: Select Print Applicant.

STEP 6: The application will be downloaded as a PDF file. Select the printer icon to print.
