Here's how you can add a video from YouTube:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Positions.
STEP 2: If you have multiple brands, select your brand name. Otherwise, proceed to step 3.
STEP 3: Click the arrow down button next to the brand name to select a location.
STEP 4: Select a position then click the three-dotted line located in the last column.
STEP 5: Select Edit Position.
STEP 6: Choose the stage you wish to add a video on. Remember, you can only add video(s) to a form stage or to a quiz stage.
STEP 7: Click the Add form element button and select the Embed YouTube video as the type.
STEP 8: When you add a video, make sure that you copy the YouTube link and paste it in the video link section.
STEP 9: Click the Add button to save the details.
