Embedding a file from slideshare

Workstream allows you to embed files from Slideshare into your application process to enhance the applicant experience.

Workstream allows users to upload files from your Slideshare account and embed those files on the Workstream application process. 

Here's how you can embed files from Slideshare:

STEP 1: Sign in to your Slideshare account and go to My Uploads.

STEP 2: Choose the file you wish to embed and click Edit.

STEP 3: Go to the Privacy settings and set the following details accordingly:

  • Visibility: Public

  • Who can view: Anyone with the link

  • Allow users: Yes

  • Allow embeds: Anywhere

STEP 4: Click the Update at the bottom to save the details. 

STEP 5: Copy the embedded link from Slideshare.

STEP 6: Go to your Workstream dashboard and select Positions. Choose a location and the position you want to work on. Click the click the three-dotted line located in the last column then select Edit position.

NOTE: You can only embed files using the form stage and the quiz stage.

STEP 7: Select the stage where you want to add the files and click the Add form element button. From the add form element, select the Embedded content as the type and paste the embedded link copied from the Slideshare (Step 5) into the iframe code section.

STEP 8: Click the Add button to save.
