This feature will help to filter your applicants based on their responses. 

The filter is available with any checkbox, multiple-choice, or dropdown questions that you define.

To filter applicants, here is what you need to do:

STEP 1: Login in your Workstream account, and select Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen.

STEP 2: Select the Position you wish to work on, and then select the stage for which you want to filter your applicants.

STEP 3: Click on the Questions button located above the applicant names and on the right side of your screen a new window will open. In the search box located on the top of this window type the keywords that will help you to sort your applicants.

NOTE:  This feature allows you to filter questions not just in the initial application form but also in the form type stage.
