Make sure first that either the Email or SMS rejection templates have been added. If you haven’t set them up already head over and check this article.
To set up the rejection automation, follow these steps:
STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account.
STEP 2: Go to Positions.
STEP 3: Select a location.
STEP 4: Select a position.
STEP 5: Select Edit position.
STEP 6: On the progress panel, select Rejection templates.
STEP 7: Go to the Automation tab.
STEP 8: Select the Enable to set up the rule.
STEP 9: Choose the number of hours or days you want the applicant to receive a message after they have been rejected.
STEP 10: Select Save Rule when done with setting up.
