Oh wait -- it is already 11 days or so but you haven't received any applicants on Workstream but when you checked your Indeed account you are still getting applicants.
Why we are no longer getting applicants from Workstream thru our Indeed page? is a frequent question we hear from clients.
Take the following steps in order to receive applicants through Indeed from Workstream:
STEP 1: Log-in to your Indeed account and check all the posts that coincide with the jobs that you have on Workstream.
STEP 2: Remove those posts from your Indeed page.
STEP 3: Log-in to your Workstream account and go to your Job boards and refresh the page. Or you can ask assistance from our Customer Support team to refresh this for you.
NOTE: The reason why you need to take down your posts from Indeed page that coincides with the one from Workstream is because your posts from our system will not be visible. Hence, you will not be able to get applicants through Workstream.
