Let us say you have an applicant that is messaging you that he/she does not want to be contacted via text, but only email. 

Is there a way to turn off text notifications from us just for him/her? is a frequent question we hear from clients.  

Currently, we cannot turn off the automation messages only for a specific applicant. BUT you may advise the applicant to text STOP back to the number and our SMS provider will stop sending any text messages to the applicant either it is automated or manual.
