You can simply move your applicants to another position if they are more suitable to another role. This will avoid extra work as Workstream will retain the application details including the notes and feedback from your team members.
To move the applicants to another position, here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account, then go to Applicants.
STEP 2: Search the name, email or phone number of the applicant that you wish to move.
STEP 3: Go to Actions located at the last column.
STEP 4: From the drop down list, select Move To - Move to Another Position.
STEP 5: Select the intended Position and Stage.
STEP 6: Enable the notification for applicants to get notified whenever they are moved to the new position.
STEP 7: Choose Move.
