Managing all your applicants
To view and manage all your applicants, here's what you need to do:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Applicants.
STEP 2: View their information such as: name, email, phone number, location, position applied, current stage, status and application date.
Managing your applicants from a specific position
To view and manage the list of the applicants that applied only to a specific position, take the following steps:
STEP 1: From your Workstream account, go to Positions.
STEP 2: Select the intended position.
STEP 3: View the summary of the number of applicants in progress as well as applicants that have been rejected at the top of the window.
STEP 4: Hover your mouse pointer on each stage button to see how many applicants are still in progress and how many were rejected.
