The Optional Settings in Scheduling allow you to set up the following:

  1. Max # applicants per time slot - you can set multiple applicants to select the time slot. The default is set to just 1 applicant, but if you want to conduct a group interview, you can add more numbers.

  2. Make time slot exclusive to one location - A time slot can be available for multiple locations. Enable this option if you want to only interview for one location at a time.

  3. Select specific locations or positions - Choose only specific locations, positions or stages that you're availability can be set up. Only applicants from selected stages on a particular position in a particular location would be able to set up an appointment with you.

NOTE: Always Save after making changes.
