To connect with your Outlook Calendar, take the following steps:
STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account then select the gear icon located at the very bottom of the left menu.
STEP 2: Select Account.
STEP 3: Under Account Settings, select Scheduling.
STEP 4: Scroll down to Outlook.com Calendar Integration. Choose Sign in with Outlook.
STEP 5: Enter your Outlook account login details.
STEP 6: Scroll down and turn on Sync to Outlook Calendar.
STEP 7: If you have added your team members' calendars to your Outlook account, select whose calendar from your Outlook list you want to see in your Workstream schedule. Simply go to Displayed Calendars and choose the corresponding checkbox.
STEP 8: Refresh your Outlook calendar and you will see that a new Workstream Calendar has been created.
NOTE:
If you want to disable the time slots that conflict with your Outlook calendar, turn on Conflict Avoidance.
When disconnecting Workstream from Outlook, you may need to delete the Workstream calendar folder in Outlook.
