There are two ways to check applicants who have confirmed for an interview.
A. Viewing applicants using the scheduling tab
STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account.
STEP 2: Go to Scheduling.
STEP 3: Select a date in the calendar.
STEP 4: Select the time slot with a confirmed schedule. The applicant’s details would be shown on the right-side panel.
B. Viewing applicants using the interview status filter
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Applicants.
STEP 2: Choose the position that you wish to filter. You can also select All positions.
STEP 3: Go to the Interviews tab.
STEP 4: Choose Filters.
STEP 5: Go to Interview Status. Select the checkboxes to filter based on Upcoming,
Unscheduled, No Show, or Completed interviews. If you want to see confirmed interviews, select Upcoming.
