A Review stage is a short-term holding stage for manually reviewing applicants.

A Long-term holding stage is for keeping and holding applicants for later if they are not ready to be hired yet.

To add a review/ long-term holding stage, here are the steps that you need to follow:

STEP 1: Log in to your Workstream account, then go to Positions.

STEP 2: Open the intended position then select Edit position.

STEP 3: Choose Add new stage.

STEP 4: Depending on your need, select Review or Long-term holding stage.

STEP 5: Enter your stage name, then drag to the correct stage order.

STEP 6: Choose Add.
