To send your online signing document, take the following steps:

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, click the Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen and select the position that you want to work on.

STEP 2: Click on each stage and select the applicants that you wish to move to the online signing stage.

STEP 3: Select the applicants by clicking their check boxes and hit the Actions button then select Move to and click the Move to stage button.

STEP 4: Choose a stage by selecting the online signing stage from the drop-down list

Click Move and Send Signing Request button to send it to the applicant.

NOTE: If the uploaded document includes the salary and the start_date tags, you will be asked to input the correct data for these before sending the document.
