Checking the status of the online signing stage

With Workstream, users can easily check the status of the online signing stage after it has been sent out to the applicants.

Here's how you can check the status of your online signing stage:

STEP 1: Go to the Applicants tab in the Workstream dashboard.

STEP 2: Select a position.

STEP 3: Select the Offers and hires tab.

STEP 4: Look for the name of the applicant from the list or use the Search box.

STEP 5: Click the applicant's name.

STEP 6: Under the Application tab, scroll down to look for the Offer stage.

NOTE: The online signing status can be sent, not sent, in progress, canceled, and complete.

If the status is not sent, in_progress, or canceled you have the option to resend the document to the applicant to make sure it will be sent out this time. To do this, follow the steps below:

STEP 7: Go back to the Applicants dashboard.

STEP 8: On the corresponding applicant, click the three-dotted line located in the last column.

STEP 9: Select Send signing request.

STEP 10: Choose Send.
