Here's how you can check the status of your online signing stage:
Step 1: Login into your Workstream account, and select Positions.
Step 2: Select the online signing stage then check the status of each applicant from their corresponding Signing status rows.
NOTE: The online signing status is sent, not sent, cancelled, and in_progress.
If the status is not sent, in_progress, or cancelled you have the option to resend the document to the applicant to make sure it will be sent out this time. To do this, follow the steps below:
Step 3: Select the checkbox of the applicants you wish to resend the document.
Step 4: Go to the Actions button.
Step 5: Select Send signing request.
STEP 6: Choose Send.
