Here's how you can check the status of your online signing document:

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, click the Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen and select the position you want to work on.

STEP 2: Click the online signing stage then check the status of each applicant from their corresponding Signing status rows.

NOTE: The online signing status are sent, not sent, cancelled, and in_progress.

  • If the status are not sent, in_progress or cancelled, you have the option to resend the document to the applicant to make sure it will be sent out this time. To do this, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Click the checkbox of the applicants you wish to resend the document.

STEP 2: Hit the Actions button and from the drop down list select Send signing request.

STEP 3: Click the Send button.
