With Workstream, users can use a data validation tool to restrict the type of data or the values that applicants enter into the questionnaire. Through this, the applicant won't be able to submit the form if the answers provided do not match the condition that was set up.
The Workstream data validation tool can be added to a form stage and applies to the following types of questions:
1. Short Answer
Number – All characters in numerical form
Length – Minimum and maximum number of characters allowed
Regular Expression – To match a certain pattern in texts such as email address, name titles (Mister, Miss etc.), identifying duplicated words, etc. For more information, click here.
2. Paragraph Answer
