Scheduling stage allows you to do these following actions:

  • Setup either a phone interview or an onsite interview - while setting up a Scheduling stage for a position, you may name it either ‘Onsite Interview’ or ‘Phone Interview’.

  • Set up onboarding, training, or orientation - besides interviews, you may also use this stage for applicants to choose when they could attend any of the three.

  • Add time slots - the Add my availability option is a shortcut to your calendar that allows you to add time slots quickly. However, if you are looking to set up in a more comprehensive way you can do so in the Scheduling tab.

  • Add meeting details - It is important to add meeting details to let applicants know when, where, or how the interview will be conducted; and also to give reminders or additional instructions.
