An online signing stage allows you to streamline your offer or onboarding documents approval process with options using Workstream's draft template, upload file template and the standardized forms.
This feature also ensures you that the offer letter will be sent out to the applicant smoothly in real time. 

To add an online signing stage, take the following steps:

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, click the Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen and select the position you want to work on.

STEP 2: Click the Settings button, located on the upper right side of your screen.

STEP 3: Click the +Add stage button

STEP 4: Select Online signing stage

STEP 5: Type the stage name and drag it to anywhere you want to place it.

STEP 6: Click the Add button to save.
