Here are the steps on how you can add a label to your signing document using the textbox field:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard located on the upper left side of your screen click the Analytics tab, and select the position you want to work on.
STEP 2: Click the Settings button, located on the upper right side of your screen.
STEP 3: Select the online signing stage.
STEP 4: Click +Add new document, then select Upload File.
STEP 5: To upload your own document, click Click to upload. Choose the document on your computer file then, click on Prepare document to edit and create your own template.
STEP 6: Drag the Textbox tag from the toolbar into the document and drop it to where you want to place it.
STEP 7: Once the tag has been drag and drop on the field, you will have an option to choose who fills this out? (Who should fill up the current field?), font size, font family, and what text goes here? (what should be on the textbox?)
- You can resize the field to get more characters to be filled out hover your cursor to the lower right side of the textbox.
- To change the position of the textbox hover your cursor to the left side of the textbox.
- Click the X icon on the right side of the textbox to delete the field.
