Smart screening questions differ from the regular screening questions for it automatically filters and rejects an applicant if they are unfit for the position they applied for.
NOTE: The option to add a smart screening question is available only in the Application form stage.
Follow these steps if you wish to add smart screening questions:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, select Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen.
STEP 2: Select and open the position for which you want to delete the screening questions, then go to Settings.
STEP 3: On the Progress panel at the left, go to Stages. Select the Application form stage. Scroll down to the bottom of the stage then click on the Add question button.
STEP 4: From the question type dropdown, choose Smart screening.
STEP 5: Type in the question. Smart screening questions should be closed-ended - meaning they should be answerable by yes or no only.
Set the condition for rejection depending on the ideal answer to the question you provided.
STEP 6: Click on the Add button once you're done.
