If you need to update your account information such as email address, contact person, credit card and account number, simply inform any Workstream Support team member to process.
A. Update contact person and email address: Provide the name and email address to start with. If the person requesting is other than the account owner, Workstream will seek approval first from the account owner to authorize this request. Workstream will then proceed once approval is granted,
B. Update credit card and account number. Workstream will send a Moonclerk link to the credit card or account owner (contact person) to update the billing details. Follow the prompts to update the information and a confirmation will be sent once the details are successfully updated.
