Workstream provides an invoice based on the details of your subscription. It is important that clients know that:
The billing date is based on your subscription's start date (this is when you signed with Workstream)
The billing frequency is monthly
You will receive the invoice via e-mail, which is sent 48 hours after your card has been charged
It is important to make a note of the date you signed up with Workstream, as it will help you anticipate the arrival of the invoice.
Keep in mind that invoices are sent by email@example.com, and the subject's format is always '[company name] - [month] Invoice'.
