It is good to note that the time zone follows the requester's device setting whereby the platform follows the interviewer's time zone when the time slots are being opened and the applicant's time zone when it confirms a schedule. This is the reason why the users might see a different timing when they look at the notification sent to the applicant on the Messages tab.

To check the originating time zone, follow the below steps:

STEP 1: Go to Applicants and search for the applicant’s name.

STEP 2: Select the name of the applicant.

STEP 3: Go to Messages.

STEP 4: Scroll down to Applicant System Update.

STEP 5: Expand to view the actual schedule selected by the applicant in the originating time zone.

STEP 6: Check the email or SMS notification sent to the applicant. The time zone should be the same as per the Applicant System Update.

NOTE: The notification will indicate the originating time zone as per the applicant’s location while the calendar schedule will appear as per the user's time zone.
