To check if the time zone differs, follow the below steps:
STEP 1: Go to Applicants and search for the applicant’s name.
STEP 2: Select the name of the applicant.
STEP 3: Go to Messages.
STEP 4: Scroll down to Applicant System Update.
STEP 5: Expand to view the actual schedule selected by the applicant in the originating time zone.
STEP 6: Check the email or SMS notification sent to the applicant. The time zone should be the same as per the Applicant System Update.
NOTE: The notification will indicate the originating time zone as per the applicant’s location while the calendar schedule will appear as per the User's time zone.
