There are times wherein a user overlooks or forgotten about moving an applicant to the interview stage. This happens when the HR conducts a phone or onsite interview impromptu or maybe, an applicant walks in and goes straight to face to face interview.
In this case, you can still move the applicant to the interview stage if you are still evaluating the interview outcome.
Prior to that, it is recommended to switch off the automated messages on the interview stage first so that the applicant will not receive another invite to select a schedule again. Once the applicant has been moved, you can switch the automated message back on again.
To switch off the Interview stage automated messages, here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, select Positions tab, located on the upper left side of your screen.
STEP 2: Select and open the position you wish to work on, and click the Settings button located on the upper right side of your screen.
STEP 3: On the Progress panel at the left, go to Stages and select Interview Stage.
STEP 4: Click on the Automated messages tab. Toggle off all invitation letter templates button. The button should be in gray color when switched off and blue when switched on.
