There are situations where an applicant confirms a schedule for a meeting but it turns out that the time slot is supposed to be for a different location. Luckily, there is an easy way to prevent this issue from happening.
To avoid scheduling conflicts, it is important that while setting up a time slot that you assign it to the location or position and stage that you handle. You can do so in the meeting types to schedule, which you can access by going to the time slot's settings.

Another measure to ensure that a time slot is locked to one location only is through this option in the optional settings: Make the time slot exclusive to one location.
If selected, only applicants from the same location will be able to book interviews at the same time.
Follow these steps to make an existing time slot exclusive to one location:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Scheduling.
STEP 2: Select the time slot you wish to edit.
STEP 3: Under Edit availability, scroll down to Optional settings.
STEP 4: Enable Make time slot exclusive to one location.
STEP 5: Choose Save.
