To prevent applicants from getting the same automated messages, you can take the steps below:
STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Positions.
STEP 2: Select the intended position then go to Edit position.
STEP 3: Select the stage, then go to Automation rules.
STEP 4: Scroll down to Reminder Automation and select edit.
STEP 5: Choose the hours/days on when you would like the applicants to receive the reminder.
STEP 6: Choose Save Rule. Do the same steps with other stages.
