To prevent applicants from getting the same automated messages, you can take the steps below:

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Positions tab then, select the position you need to work on, then click on Settings.

STEP 2: Under the Hiring process click on Stages. Select any Stage, then click on Automation messages.

STEP 3: Look for Reminder Automation to set when clients can receive reminders.  

STEP 4: Click on the Edit icon to set the number of days or hours when applicants can receive a reminder.

STEP 5: Once done, click on Save Rule. Do the same steps with other stages.
