Once applicants get moved to the Scheduling stage, they will be asked to select a time when they are available to be interviewed by their future employer. Once the applicant is done selecting a suitable time slot, the meeting will be automatically confirmed by the Workstream platform.
If you want to approve your future meetings with your applicants, here is what you need to do:
STEP 1: From the Workstream dashboard, go to Scheduling.
STEP 2: Select the time slot you wish to edit.
STEP 3: Choose Edit.
STEP 4: Scroll down and choose Advanced settings.
STEP 5: Enable Require explicit confirmation.
STEP 6: Choose Save.
