Referrals coming from your applicants is a great way to source quality candidates. Through Workstream referral system, applicants can easily share a specific job post to their friends through the below social media and messaging apps:
There are three ways an applicant can refer their friends to a specific job post in Workstream.
A. Job List/Detail
The job detail list contains all job posts the employer is looking to hire. Each position has a 'Share' button next to 'Apply'.
B. The Page After Completing a Page
The option to share will appear after an applicant completed a certain stage. Examples are when an applicant has completed a form or quiz, scheduled an interview, completed a signing offer, etc.
C. Status Update Emails to Applicants
These are the notification emails sent to the applicants about the status of their application.
NOTE: Applicants need to be logged-in into their respective social media and messaging app accounts to take this action.
