If you have previously linked your Google Calendar to your Workstream Calendar and suddenly, you are having difficulty to connect, this troubleshooting guide will definitely help you.
Removing Workstream from your Google third party apps will reset your token from Google and will allow you to sync with your Workstream calendar again.
To remove Workstream token from your Google account, take the following steps.
STEP 1: Open a Google browser. Click the Google apps icon located at the right side of your browser, then select Account.
STEP 2: Select Security from the menu located at the left side of your browser.
STEP 3: Scroll down until you can see Third-party apps with account access. You should be able to see Workstream on it. Click on Manage third-party access option below the box to see more options.
STEP 4: Under Third-party apps with account access, click Workstream, then select Remove Access.
STEP 5: Once done, you can go back to your Workstream account Scheduling settings to integrate your Google calendar again.
