Editing user information is only accessible to Super Admins. Since having an updated phone number in the account is important, especially if a user opted to receive text message notifications, those with non-Super Admin privileges are allowed to add or edit their phone numbers.
Follow these steps if you wish to add or edit your phone number:
STEP 1: On the upper right side of your Workstream dashboard, go to Settings and select Account.
STEP 2: To add your phone number, click on the pen-and-paper icon next to Phone number.
STEP 3: A pop-up will appear. Enter your phone number, then click on Update.
STEP 4: To edit your phone number, follow the same steps then replace the existing phone number. Click on Update.
NOTE: Your phone number is used only for notifications, so applicants will not see it.
