Enabling reapplication limits for my company

Through Workstream, there is an option to block applicants from applying to a specific job or all jobs if they were previously rejected.

Workstream built a feature where you can easily handle the reapplication limits of the applicants who were previously rejected. Using this feature, you can:

  • enter the number of days an applicant has to wait before being allowed to reapply again,

  • select whether you want the reapplication to limit on a job-specific or company-wide,

  • and create a reapplication attempt message to notify the applicant.

To enable reapplication limits, follow the steps below.

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Company.

STEP 2: Under Company Settings, select Reapplications. Turn on the Enable reapplication limits for my company button.

STEP 3: Update the reapplication waiting time, position or company limits, and the reapplication attempt message.

STEP 4: Click Save.
