To archive messages from your inbox, take the following steps.
STEP 1: From your Workstream account, go to Messages.
STEP 2: Select the intended message to archive.
STEP 3: Select Archive conversation.
STEP 4: To unarchive a conversation, choose Filters.
STEP 5: Turn on Show archived conversations.
NOTE: An archived message will automatically unarchive once a new message was sent through the same thread.
