To confirm the time slots selected by the applicants, take the following steps:

STEP 1: Look out for the notification email once an applicant selected a time slot.

STEP 2: Choose Direct link to go straight to your Workstream calendar.

STEP 3: Select the time slot stated in the message.

STEP 4: Choose the arrow button next to the Pending status.

STEP 5: Select Approve.

STEP 6: Choose Yes to confirm.

NOTE: The applicant will receive a message stating that their interview has been confirmed.
