Aside from duplicating a position, you can simply use the Add position button if you want to start creating positions from scratch or utilize the Workstream templates.

To do this, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Go to Positions.

STEP 2: If you have multiple brands, select your brand name. Otherwise, proceed to step 3.

STEP 3: Select Add position.

STEP 4: Add a job summary. From the Job overview, select which templates to use under Who do you want to hire? based on the following:

a. Workstream Templates- Use the default templates from Workstream if it suits your job description. Use the search button to look for a specific position or simply scroll down to browse.

b. Start from existing positions- Copy the details from the existing positions you have. You can use the search button to look for a specific position or simply scroll down to browse.

STEP 5: Once done creating your job descriptions, select Next.

STEP 6: Select a category.

STEP 7: Select which location are you hiring for. You can also add a new location.

STEP 8: Select which department are you hiring for. You can also add a new department.

STEP 9: Enter your compensation package. This section is optional.

STEP 10: Enter the employment details. Then Next.

STEP 11: Enter or review the job description and edit based on the template you selected earlier. You can also choose to move the brand introduction on top of your job description by clicking the three-dotted line next to the brand intro. Click Next.

STEP 12: Preview your job post. Choose Next.

STEP 13: Select the job boards you want your position to be published or select I do not want to publish to job boards if you wish to save it for later. Choose Next.


STEP 14: Edit your hiring stages. To add more stages, click here. To delete a stage, click here. Choose Next.

STEP 15: Choose Save as draft if you wish to continue later and keep the position as template only or Create position if you wish to publish the new position.
