Editing new employee details through Onboarding

Edit your new employee's information through the Onboarding summary tab.

Carry the following steps to edit your new employee details.

STEP 1: Go to the Onboarding tab in the Workstream dashboard.

STEP 2: Select Employees from the Onboarding panel.

STEP 3: Search then select the new employee's name.

STEP 4: Choose the edit icon.

STEP 5: Edit the following new employee details:

a. Basic information such as first name, middle initial, last name, e-mail, phone, birthday, ethnicity, gender, marital status and SSN

b. Physical Address

c. Emergency contact information

d. Employment information such as applied date, hired date, start date, manager, job title, work location, and compensation

e. State tax withholding details such as tax form, filing status, allowances/exemptions, and extra withholding

STEP 6: Select Update.
