Carry the following steps to edit your new employee details through Onboarding.
STEP 1: Go to the Onboarding tab in the Workstream dashboard.
STEP 2: Select Employees from the Onboarding panel.
STEP 3: Search then select the new employee's name.
STEP 4: Choose the edit icon.
STEP 5: Edit the required information. You can edit the following new employee details:
a. Basic information such as first name, middle initial, last name, e-mail, phone, birthday, ethnicity, gender, marital status and SSN
c. Emergency contact information
d. Employment information such as applied date, hired date, start date, manager, job title, work location, and compensation
e. State tax withholding details such as tax form, filing status, allowances/exemptions, and extra withholding
STEP 6: Choose Update.
