To customize your team member's permission, take the steps below.

STEP 1: From your Workstream dashboard, go to Company.

STEP 2: Under Company Settings, select Manage Users.

STEP 3: Search the name of your team member that you wish to grant granular permission. You can also Add a new user.

STEP 4: Go to Actions column.

STEP 5: Select the edit icon.

STEP 6: Go to Permissions.

STEP 7: Select which permission to grant based on the following three categories:

a. Account management - Create and manage users, View sensitive applicant/employee information, Create and edit all HR calendars, Edit company info, Edit evaluation plan, Create and edit integrations, Manage API, Manage locations, Manage departments

NOTE: View sensitive applicant/employee information permission

  • Full access (will be defaulted on for Super Admins)

  • Partial access (will be defaulted on for District and General Managers)

b. Position management - Create new positions, Delete positions, Edit existing positions, Edit hiring process, Edit job details, Publish and unpublish jobs, Access sponsored job boards

c. Applicant management - Create and edit applicant feedback, Create and edit applicant notes, Send texts and emails to applicants, Manage onboarding, Onboard new employees, Edit onboarding processes

STEP 8: Choose Save once done.
