We’ve improved our Employee Onboarding product to provide you with a more intuitive experience that takes less time to manage and helps you more quickly onboard new hires. What are the changes?

Create a New Process



Step 1: Name your Process

Step 2: Select Tasks: You can select multiple tasks at once.

Step 3: Configure Tasks: We'll take you through configuring each task in the order you selected them in the previous step.

Step 4: Review and Save: We'll let you know which tasks don't require configuration.

Start Onboarding for a New Hire

When you select to start onboarding for a new hire, you will see a pop-up screen that prompts you to select the onboarding process for that new hire. We'll also prompt you to fill out the required employee information. After that, you can preview the employee information before confirming and sending the email and text notification to the new hire to start onboarding.
