One of the most common concerns from Workstream users is how to log in to their account after receiving this error message:

Take note that this error message only shows up when the email address entered does not match the password.

For incorrect passwords, what you will receive is the 'Password is wrong' message. You may reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot Password?'.

What do I do to make sure that the email is correct and that I am able to log in?

STEP 1: Check first if the spelling is correct. Re-type your email carefully and then try to log in again.

STEP 2: If you still get the same error message despite being sure of the spelling, please check if you have another email that you may have used to log in before.

STEP 3: If the error message persists, please reach out to our Support Team through phone or chat for further assistance.

Note: You may also double-check with your Super Admin what e-mail was used to add you as a user.
