Within the applicant and employee profiles, users are allowed to upload as well as download important files. This is to help organize and to make the files accessible anytime.

Sometimes, users receive this error message when trying to download:

Download file: You do not have permission to process

The first thing you must check is your browser - Workstream is optimized for Google Chrome.

If you are using Chrome and are still getting the error message, next is to clear your browser's cache.

Here are the steps to clear the cache on Google Chrome:

STEP 1: At the top right of your browser, click on More.

STEP 2: Go to More tools.

STEP 3: Go to Clear browsing data.

STEP 4: Choose a time range - this refers to how far back you want to clear the data.

STEP 5: Make sure to select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

STEP 6: Select Clear data.

STEP 7: Close and relaunch your browser for the changes to take effect.
